• Singing on stage from 9pm-12am 7 nights a week while hosting the karaoke

• In this position my job was to sing on stage from 20:30-21:30 until the nightly show starts
• Then from 21:30-23:00 I waited tables (300 + people)
• After this I hosted the karaoke until 00:00 which was closing time and then finally I helped my boss count the cash
• I worked 7 days a week for 6 months (seasons 2023 &2024) without a single day missed
• Trained staff members on use of POS system.

• General upkeep of the warehouse
• Maintained accurate inventory records, resulting in a reduction of discrepancies and costly errors.
• Managed the receipt, inspection, storage, retrieval, and dispatch of goods following established protocols consistently throughout tenure as Warehouse Operator.

• Serving tables, pouring pints/making cocktails behind the bar
• Barista training/service, giving in depth consultations of our various afternoon teas, stocking the bar, hosting wedding parties, greeting guests, ordering stock and above all giving a 5 star service ensuring that guests come back soon
• Handled customer complaints diplomatically, working towards satisfactory solutions that ultimately retained loyal clientele.

• Encouraging the public to purchase the Dyson hairdryer which retailed at 400.00 euro
• At these stalls I would demo the product by doing blow dries on the public, explaining every single detail about the product while hitting monthly targets for myself and the company
• I am proud to own the record for most ever sold in one day in all of Ireland, 52 hairdryers

• Applying tints and highlights in a very high-pressure environment
• Keeping the salon clean and tidy at all times, providing models every week for training, blow drying all hair types, stock checking for colour, serving tea and coffee, shampooing clients, applying toners etc
