- I worked closely with the Governor of the City and his Chief of Staff
- I analyzed the throughput capacity for the vaccination process on the city's vaccination posts
- We set up new vaccination posts in less than 3 days each, to apply the unpredictable supply of dosages to the city as soon as possible
- I channeled every day to day issues the vaccination posts would have regarding logistics, shortage of dosages, cold chain, queue management, scheduling, personnel, etc

- Planning and management control for the City of Buenos Aires' contact tracing strategy for COVID-19
- Scaling of a team of more than 100 health professionals that would interview every new COVID-19 patient in the city
- We defined and generated a KPI to evaluate the effectiveness of this team considering the amount of new cases and the international average of close contacts per COVID-19 patient
- It was the main barometer used by the Governor and his Chief of staff to monitor the contact tracing strategy
