Process engineer in charge of the recomissioning of an old factory in Barcelona for the production of Omoda, Jaecco and EBRO cars. My responsabilities include:

- Validation of all new materials used in Paint Shop

- Recomissioning of PT/ED facilities and bath fillings and reoperation

- Recomission and Operation of DIW Generation Plant/Hydropack and Wastewaterplant

- Paint booth robots application design and in charge of the application team to achieve required especification of appearence, thickness, color...

- Validation of the applications in PT/ED and Paint Booth

- Consumable material management in plant

In charge of the water-based paint process for windshields in DOGA and a nanotechnology pretreatment.

- QRQC Daily Paint Responsable Followup meeting

- Material preparation and application conditions validation

- Management of operators in line

- Production plan achievement and logistics improvement plan development

Junior Researcher developing new materials improving the resistance to hard environments and reducing the environmental impact of current mixes applying knowledge in different projects:

- Development of high resistance paint coating for marine resistane applied for the protection of windturvines offshore

- 3D printing of titanium ink for inbody sensors.

Process engineer in charge of two chemical processes (surface treatment and electrodeosition) in Paint Shop from Nissan in Barcelona.
My main functions are ensure the quality required by the client, installation of new means in order to optimize the process, monitor the KPIs of the process, manage the scraps of the plant, manage stocks of materials needed in the process, monitor the discharges and waste of the process and the calculation of process capacity.
