• Maintenance management for the 'Reefer' generator fleet for Kiwirail nationally

Company Overview: TeAnau based Tourism company operating cruises & nature experiences across Southland, Fiordland & Central Otago

• Headed a team of 25 mechanical, electrical & construction trade staff and contractors for the entire companies marine fleet, coaches, buildings wharfs & infrastructure
• Sole responsibility for annual budget & cost centre
• Plan & conduct annual Vessel Marine surveys across multiple sites in conjunction with the Maritime Safety authority
• Coordination of the implementation of the rebranding project (from Fiordland travel to Real Journeys) during a single off season

Company Overview: General Engineering & Jobbing machine shop servicing the Marine & Civil construction sector

• Purchased the business as one of 3 working owners and grew the operation to a team of 15 over 4 years
