• Role: I coordinated and implemented improvement processes in the company's sales plan, enhancing the recruitment of 10 hospitals across Spain for clinical trials development, and interviewed over 40 opinion leaders in the sector in Spain and Italy.

Microcarriers-CELLEVATE (Sweden), 2024

• Microcarriers designed to revolutionize upstream bioprocessing of novel biotherapies in organoids, viral therapy, vaccines, and recombinant proteins.
• Role:I successfully coordinated 6 letters of intent (LOI) between the company and various hospitals and research centers in Spain and Portugal, thereby increasing the company's funding from Venture Capital in Sweden.

• Medical device used for the objective diagnosis of attention deficit and hyperactivity in children and adults.
• Role: Conducted market research, which secured venture capital funding in Israel, increasing the company's revenue by over 40%.
