Responsible to set up from scratch the Out-Licensing department of Aspire, including all the procedures, databases and selection of suitable OL products from the Aspire portfolio. Responsible for new business development in Europe and Eastern Europe, Canada, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.
• Identify and promote the suitable products of the company for Out-Licensing.
• Identify and implement the necessary procedures for an Out-licensing department to be integrated as part of the company.
• Develop and maintain critical relationships with key decision makers within Aspire to ensure the optimal operation of the Out-Licensing department.
• Stablish new business relationships from my own Network to start the out-licensing business at Aspire.
• Preparation of business cases, calculation NPV, and benchmarks in different agreements.
• Responsible for agreements negotiations for legal, commercial and operational related.
• Responsible to ensure the optimal coordination between Aspire and our CMOs to ensure the conditions alignment and a smooth supply to our customers.
• Coordinate the project execution from the contract signature to the product launch.
• Search for MAs opportunities in Spain for Aspire to acquire.
• First approach/discussions with targeted MAs companies.
• Evaluation of the potential MAs companies P&L to determine its potential and suitability for Aspire.
