Accompanying the development of assigned purchasing parts from the supplier nomination to their entry into serial production:

• Introduction of lessons lerned in the new developing projects.
• Detection of potential risks in the development phase.
• Carrying out the qualification process of new parts in a multidisciplinary enviroment: technical development, purchasing, logistics....
• Validation of supplier processes that lead to products , and products itself. Homologation

Serial support to internal and external customers

• Deviations: assesment and validation of corrective and preventive measures proposed by the supplier
• Analysis of final customer complaints
• Propose and promote product optimisation measures

• Responsible for the Quality area: management of Quality team, operational control, finished product control and customer satisfaction
• Supervision, maintenance and improvement of QMS
• Member of the technical team. Implementation of improvements in production process , specially attendind raw materials and energy consumption.-electricity co-generating plant
• Relationship with the sectorial association, and R&D centers
• Responsible for relations with the enviromental authorities and the processing of licences and permits: Integrated Enviromental Authorisation, application for authorisation of greenhouse gas emissions, etc
• Coordinator of the facility´s enviromental monitoring programme (management of emisions, waste and discharges)

• Collaboration in the develop of two European patents on new application of the Juliá-Colonna syntesis, maximising the enamtioselective tield. Patented in 2003
