I work for the Technical Direction at the Teatro Real, Madrid's opera house. I have developed many tasks throught all the years I have been working in this area. I am in charge of supervising the technical budget assigned to opera and ballet productions. I am responsible of coordinating the international relationships with third opera houses from Spain and abroad. I am in charge of coordinating the logistics with our opera partners for collecting and returning both the coproductions and rental productions. I am responsible of producting the ATA carnets for temporary exports outside the UE territory. I am in constant communication with our Human Resources department and the accounting department, my main task is to be the bridge between the technical area of the Teatro Real and the administration department. I am fluent in English and French. I work closely with the legal department to set the basic requirements to elaborate public tenders mainly in the logistics sector. I use JD Edwards which is our accounting platform where all the suppliers and all the purchase orders are registered.
I worked for the congress department. I compiled all the participants' registration forms and registered the participants' fees. I translated the scientific programmes of the congresses. I transcripted English conference speeches. We were responsible of the technical secretariat of our clients. I worked for international conferences due to my linguistic skills in English and French.
I worked as a bilingual assistant appointed to an American Director expatriated in Madrid (Hormel Foods).
