Job Responsibilities:

  • Pre-audit all rooms and check-ins to ensure that rate and data are correct.
  • Handle late check-ins and early check-outs.
  • Upselling.
  • Guest nationality and passport report to be sent to the police database.
  • Closing of the reception register to be sent to the finance department.
  • Organizing reports needed for the following day and future reference (production sheet, client list for breakfast, etc).
  • Generate the following reports for the General Manager:

-Check-ins for the following day

  • Assisted guests with restaurant reservations or other special requests they may have had during their stay.
  • Performed nightly audits of cash drawers and credit card receipts in order to maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Conducted regular inspections of the lobby area throughout the evening hours in order to ensure it is clean and presentable for customers.
  • Greeted guests upon arrival and provided information about services, facilities, and available amenities.
  • Maintained an organized front desk area in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Created incident reports when necessary in order to document any incidents that occurred on property during the night shift.
  • Monitored security camera feed and ensured safety of all hotel premises.
