Procedural Documentation Management: Prepare, draft, review, and collate a wide range of legal documents, such as lawsuits, briefs, contracts, powers of attorney, court orders, minutes, official letters, certifications, and court certificates.
Archive and File Management: Organise, safeguard, and keep court archives and files up to date, both in physical and electronic format, ensuring their confidentiality and accessibility.
Assistance and support to attorneys. Customer service and communications. Meeting and appointment management.
Operational Supervision: Ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, service quality and facility maintenance, reporting to management. Responsible for quality audits and on-site inspections
Management tasks: updating systems, managing budgets, controlling costs, and preparing reports, supporting financial and managerial functions.
Leadership and Support: Leading and motivating staff
Guest Services: Responding to guest queries and requests, providing attentive and courteous assistance, and managing any issues that may arise during their stay.
