Bartender during high season:

-Serve drinks and cocktails to the guests.

-Responsible of the refilling, cleanning, closing and other duties behind the bar

Kitchen cook in low season:

-Mise en place

-Starters and desserts

-Control the pass (prepare the plates, finish them and give them in the right order to our collegues at the front)

Responsible of the brunch´s restaurant.

-Calibrate the coffee daily

-Serve coffee and other drinks

-Teach the team the basics of barista and latte art, and lead them

-Teach the kitchen how to prepare and decorate the dishes

-Coordinate the service

-Solve problems

• Load and unload packaging

Started learning about barista and ended up being responsible of one of their brunch restaurants, after working behind the bar, front and kitchen.
