Manuel Rengel Fernández

I have over 15 years of experience in industrial maintenance, focusing primarily on automation, instrumentation, and mechatronics. I am currently responsible for electrical maintenance at Saloro, a company dedicated to the extraction and processing of tungsten. There, I lead and coordinate the team of electricians and electromechanics, supervise and execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on facilities and equipment, and manage the necessary resources and suppliers. I also apply my knowledge and skills in PLC and industrial automation to optimize processes and improve plant efficiency and safety. Previously, I worked as an electromechanical officer at the same company and others in different industrial sectors. I also worked as a telecommunications specialist at ASERTO NUEVAS TECNOLOGÍAS, where I focused primarily on FTTH networks. My mission is to provide innovative and sustainable solutions to the mining sector, using technology and engineering as tools for development. I am passionate about continuous learning, teamwork, and, above all, technical challenges.
