I worked on SAP systems in the Supply Chain area (IBP). Both with sales and delivery activities.
SAP IBP implementation on DP and SNP.
Sales activities and definition of proposals with particular focus on SAP IBP.
I participated in the creation of the Business Blueprint and independently configured and implemented the "Demand Planning", "Sales and Operations" and "Capacity Planning" IT tools. During the design phase I collaborated with various stakeholders to define the Supply Chain KPIs and in particular for Capacity Planning and Forecast Accuracy.

- Optimization of setup activities through the application of techniques aimed at their reduction (e.g. SMED).
- Reduction of stock and optimization of production planning and procurement processes.
