Gained my initial exposure to the legal aspects of cryptocurrency, oversaw the entire process from the ground up:

- creating a corporate structure, which involved selecting an appropriate type of business entity

- conducted a comprehensive study of the regulations governing cryptocurrencies to ensure that the project adhered to all legal requirements

-researching different jurisdictions and understanding the legal framework surrounding cryptocurrencies in each of them.

- established a document flow to ensure that all legal documents were properly organized and easily accessible

- drafted contracts for various purposes such as employment, partnerships, and vendor agreements

Currently, I am responsible for handling all legal matters related to the project. This includes providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

As a Head of Law, oversaw all the company's legal affairs.

However, the best practice I brought in this project was:

- creating an intellectual property strategy that prioritized protecting our most sensitive assets, including technologies, ideas, and models, through a combination of patenting and business secrets schemes, also implementing an information security management system;

- leading all licensing processes in both Ukraine and the UK to obtain licenses as a space player in both areas. This involved negotiating with the government to ensure that our operations were compliant with all relevant regulations and laws.

• Developed legal strategies (also IP strategy) to protect client interests and resolve disputes
• Advised senior management on employment law matters to reduce the potential for disputes and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Created and finalized contracts and other legal documents for clients.
• Trained company employees on key legal issues, enhancing awareness of potential risks and fostering a culture of compliance.
• Advised clients on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and other business matters.

Had a key role in a complex international banking case that necessitated the collaboration of a team of experts. My responsibilities included:

- providing clients with informed advice on business matters

- presenting crucial evidence and exhibits during foreign trials

- devising strategies aimed at securing the best possible outcomes for clients

- representing clients in negotiations with governmental entities and other parties.

Prior to entering the digital market, established a successful career in the agricultural and manufacturing sectors, providing comprehensive legal assistance to numerous enterprises. My responsibilities included

- safeguarding the interests of my clients while ensuring that their legal affairs complied with relevant statutes

- a full range of legal assistance from registration to protection of interests in court

- secured over 3 million dollars worth of assets belonging to my clients.

Supervised a variety of legal matters, including:

- setting up a robust and sustainable internal and external corporate structure

- managing tax issues

- protecting IP

- team management from legal prospective

- client relationships.

Through those efforts, the client receives the highest level of protection and support, enabling them to manage their affairs with confidence and peace of mind.

Manage all legal aspects of the business, from corporate formation to representation:

• creating and maintaining the corporate structure
• ensuring that all intellectual property is protected
• managing the legal aspects of team and client relationships
• drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and employment contracts, advising on labor and employment law issues, and ensuring that client contracts are legally sound and in the best interest of the company
• representing the company in legal matters with government agencies, clients, and third parties (also participating in mediation or arbitration).

I was responsible for managing all the legal matters of the startup, starting from scratch:

• formed the corporate structure of the company, which included drafting and filing the necessary documents for incorporation
• drafted several vital documents, such as Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which were based on the GDPR act and other relevant practices
• made sure that all documents were in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations
• created an IP strategy to protect its assets worldwide (analyzing the company's intellectual property, identifying potential risks, and implementing necessary steps to mitigate them, monitoring, and enforcement)
• managed the legal aspects of the team by reviewing employment agreements, handling disputes, and providing legal advice as needed
• drafted contracts and ensured that they were legally binding and enforceable.
