  • Reduced the skills gaps of employees in line with Santander's competency-based framework by building synergies between the Talent Team, People Analytics and local needs assessment of geographies to identify critical skills priorities, designing and developing relevant and effective learning solutions in 4 languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese and Polish).
  • Created a common criteria framework for institutional badge certifications by implementing the Digital Badge system.
  • In one year, the company issued 10,241 badges
  • Digital badge is the most accreditable evidence for upkilling and rekilling people in a company
