- Motivated, inspired and developed the existing team to promote the Superdry culture to deliver on the Superdry values and behavior.

- Maximized Sales through excellent service by leading, coaching and deploying staff in the store using our SAS training guide and service sprints.

- Daily feedback and 1 -2-1's every 3, 6 and 12 to review encourage and manage growth leading to some internal promotions and some Performance improvement plans.

- store award in 2023 for the best store growth YOY in UK/IRL sales on 2022 by +23%.

-The KPI for average basket value has currently been increased from 2023 by +8.8% YTD and currently trading +14% on Forecast YTD.
