Throughout my 14-year career, I have worked at the intersection of digital technology, product development, and business process improvement. My path into this field began with an interest in programming and grew into a passion for solving complex problems, creating structure, and making the systems around me work better.

I have worked in startups, large corporations, Russian and international teams, and across client, agency, and product-side roles. This diverse background has made me adaptable, comfortable with uncertainty, and curious about new domains and approaches.

Responsibilities:

  • Developed the annual strategy for internal products.
  • Managed team quarterly and annual goals and metrics.
  • Managed the team, including hiring, onboarding, motivation, development, conflict management, and occasionally terminations.

  • Managed the budget for corporate services and the department’s payroll.

Achievements:

  • The team grew from 2 to 8 people, and its scope expanded to cover more internal processes and corporate services.
  • Introduced CES, SLA and budget variance metrics.
  • Introduced AI tools into the team’s daily workflows to accelerate hypothesis generation, risk analysis, documentation, interface prototyping, and metric analysis.
  • Implemented a process for evaluating and purchasing corporate services, resulting in a 15% cost reduction.
