As Product Manager, I develop and implement product/brand strategies for a product or a range of products. In this capacity:

• I manage Contract Manufacturing(CMF) customers with respect to anything product related (e.g. innovation, product and packaging development, promotions, input on specifications, suggesting assortments, proposing different materials to the product, product phase-in/phase-out, etc.)
• Managing a mix of all Ontex categories (Inco-Baby-Femcare) and a high number of products within these categories for CMF and Nordics customers as well as collecting local market news on customers, competitors, products and transforming information to central role.
• I work very closely with commercial team to provide the most suitable product offer to the clients and to ensure successful product launch into market in timely manner.
• I deal with many different departments of the company such as Marketing, MST, Finance, Quality, R&D, Procurement and production plants with a unique objective of satisfying the customer demands but with the lowest complexity and highest contribution possible to the company
• I am responsible for all performance management activities including supervision, goal setting, ongoing performance communication, employee engagement, development, review, and mentoring of Junior Product manager for Nordics.

• Responsible for developing and maintaining vendor relationships, along with increasing the financial growth for the assigned vendors
• Acting as an escalation point for the assigned vendors
• Creating, executing and on-going monitoring of assigned vendor brands business and marketing plans
• Serving as problem solver and escalation path for internal sales and manufacturer issues
• Maintaining product knowledge of assigned vendor lines and their competitors
• Responsible for quarterly business reviews and presentations of assigned vendor lines with the management and vendor partners
• Daily contact with internal sales, vendors, purchasing team, marketing team and management
• Regular attendance of events across Europe representing the company and/or assigned vendor brands
• Other duties as assigned(checking pricing, reporting, advising on product purchasing, training new hires, ensuring correct information on ecommerce and other digital tools, etc) - Inventory management for assigned vendor lines (1 year)

• Daily contact with consultants: collection and recording of the information (performance forecast) and documentation (timesheets...);
• Invoicing: following up fulfilment of invoicing terms for all specific contracts; calculation of the relevant amount for invoices; providing justifying and cover documentation related to invoices;
• Work ordering: collection and recording of work ordering requests; forwarding to recruiting team and/or partners; proposals collection, quality check, adaption to established format if necessary and sending them to the Customer;
• Contract Follow up: contract status management, generate reporting
• Other administrative tasks: filing, document edition, etc

• Developing: PR activities, statistics on e-commerce, organization and attendance of various events and conferences related to e-commerce, general management.
