Having 6 years experience in the field of Railway Signaling ,Certified as VICOS Operations Control System engineer from SIEMENS mobility , with a master degree in electronic and appelied photonics from USTHB .
As a railway signaling & OCS system engineer i have a Strong knowledge in signaling principals and VICOS subsystem components such as Work Station , Automatic Train Supervision , Service and diagnostics , Archive & Recording system .
Very dynamic methodical with a sense of organization, a good sense of communication, an ease in adapting to different situations always motivated to acquire new skills .
As a VICOS OCS software engineer i'm involved in the engineering of the different components of the VICOS OCS mainly, the workstation, the automatic train supervision , service and diagnostics and the communication unit . i'm able to create customer specific software based on contracts, product- and interface-descriptions according to defined processes. Also project planning, reporting, process documentation and archiving of documentation and software are key tasks .
Area of responsibility / Duties :
* OCC Engineering (track view, room layout , and cabling plan , system configuration ...)
* Engineering of the stations view for the operating control system.
*Engineering for the interface communication between both the interlocking and the OCS system.
*Engineering ATS component (Automatic train supervision ATT - ARS - TTP).
*Engineering S&D component (Service and Diagnostic) .
*Check the design engineering according to the tender requirement.
* Functional tests and quality management using special tools and checklists
*Project planning and reporting
*Clarification of interfaces and customer requirements
* Creation of design specifications according to process
* Customer specific data preparation by using product specific tools.
*Documentation and archiving of software versions including detailed change descriptions.
* Creation of manuals and plans .
* Identification of necessary product modifications.
My main responsabilities as a junior railway signaling engineer are :
*Establish cable unwinding plans (provide all types necessary for signaling).
*Studying inside stations: control and command systems and circuits of all devices to be placed outside
*Develop an operating diagram from the track plan and in accordance with railway regulations: signals, delimitation of the referral zones, authorization to maneuver trains, locations of security telephones
*Realization of pickets with the project technicians and in presence in the presence of the owner
*Transmit all documents and study files to projects
*Supervise the realization and assembly work carried out by the project technicians
*Perform functional tests with project technicians
*Proceed with the project technicians, at the reception of the works with the owner.
