Dear Dr. Gatto and Mrs. Hopkins,

It is with a heavy heart, I write to formally resign from my position as a Special Education teacher at Old Forge School District.

This decision has been incredibly difficult for me, as my time at Old Forge has been one of the most rewarding and fulfilling experiences of my career thus far. The relationships I have built here have positively influenced my life forever.

Working with our students has been filled with happiness, compassion, and overall love. It has been a blessing watching each student grow, learn, and overcome individual needs. I have been inspired by my students and I will miss them more than I could imagine.

I am sincerely grateful for the support, guidance, and friendships I have made from my colleagues and the administration here. The Old Forge sense of family, pride, and dedication have made it a special place to work, and I will always cherish every memory.

I am committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for my students and the school.

Thank you for the trust, confidence, and overall support you have shown. I leave with a deep respect and love for everyone at Old Forge. I hope to stay in touch and wish the entire school community continued success and devil pride as always!
