Enthusiastic young volunteer looking for projects where to collaborate and opportunities to grow while making a positive impact in society. Committed and self-sufficient with wide experience in volunteering in youth programs. Proactive and sociable willing to meet new people and gain grander perspective.

Volunteering:

As a youth monitor, I've promoted, coordinated and completed a considerable amount of projects in my local volunteering program Cáritas UP Pravia. Most of them related to accompaniment of the elder and youth work.

Currently taking part as a monitor in project OCA (Ocio Cultural Acompañado/Accompanied Cultural Leisure), a local project conformed by young volunteers that aims to provide alternative recreational activities for the childhood that promote inclusion and solidarity.

This year I've attended the III Youth Volunteering National Meeting of Cáritas España as one of the representatives of the Cáritas Diocesana of Oviedo.

College:

I founded an amateur basketball team which competes in the Colleague League.

Taking part in a Collaborative Research Project between University of Oviedo and University of Exeter performing tasks of maintenance and data collecting.

Led an initiative along other students to reestablish the Student Representation organ of the Biology School of UniOvi which by now has taken part in management decisions and provided students assessment.
