• Business requierement determination (business expectations, expected services).
• Ensure with local operational Managers and key users a full alignment of local business requierements with the defined standards.
• Evaluation and arbitration of business requirements.
• Collaboration on SAP TM template design and roll-out programme
• Active support during the design and implementation phase of new processes and system changes.
• User training: Process description, creation of user documentation
• Error analyses and coordination of corrective measures.
• Evaluation and arbitration of system evolutions.

Roll-outs in: Spain, Italy, China, France, Japan, USA, Mexico.

Manage available human resources in order to:

• Development, maintenance, monitoring and reporting of supply chain KPIs (OTIF…).
• Ensure compliance with working, quality and transport procedures.
• Transport budget: Direct responsibility for development, monitoring and analysis.
• Tendering process: Directly responsible for the development, roll-out and execution as well as further negotiations with the suppliers.
• Transport freighting activities and carrier invoicing.
• Daily loading schedule to meet client’s lead-times.
• Shipping documentation.
• Stock management: Stock level verification to ensure product availability as well as product status in terms of: quality, marking, packaging and palletization.
• Inform customer care team in case of difficulties: no product availability, delay in delivery, possible cost overruns associated with deliveries.
• In case of stock shortages: Coordinate customer care, warehouse, production and quality teams to minimize customer service failures.
• Treatment and resolution of customer complaints.
• Sales forecast adherence.
• Short-term demand forecast.
• Short-term production planning.
