- Obtain orders to meet Sales Targets by managing both Key and Desk accounts
- Work as a team with Internal Sales and Franchise Managers to provide effective coverage of all size opportunities
- Liase with technical, commercial and office staff at both ACAL BFI UK Limited and its suppliers to develop design in opportunities and maintain Accounts in target markets. (e.g. Joint visits, demonstrations and presentations)
- Maintain a good understanding of ACAL BFI UK Limited, Comms & RF division, franchised products and services and their possible applications and markets
- Participate in Exhibitions, Sales meetings, Business reviews and other meetings as required
- Maintain up to date customer records and databases. (Visit reports, pricing/discount logs etc)
- Proactively identify new sales opportunities and follow-up and develop leads generated by others
- Successfully negotiate, implement, and manage contracts with key accounts to meet company and customer expectations.
- Working closely with VP Sales EMEA to prospect, pitch and close new business
- Promoting Wongs Electronics value added engineering services, mainly HMI controlers, touch displays, NCF readers, for which Wongs Electronics has become really strong over last years and gaining a strong knowledge and understanding of such potential clients and products
- Participating in product training given by our R&D, both attending to Hong Kong and through VCC
- Address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner
- Reporting my activities through weekly conference calls and monthly video conference calls to senior management in Hong Kong headquarters
Provide help to senior engineers in their autimotive electronics projects as well as designing some of them by myself
