Member of the Supplier Quality Management Team, within the Procurement Department of B. Braun Spain.

• Managed the qualification process of the assigned suppliers, materials, and services within my portfolio.

• Negotiated quality agreements with suppliers within my portfolio of materials and services.

• Participated in the development and execution of the annual Supplier Audit Plan of the company.

• Carried out on-site audits to suppliers within my portfolio of materials and services.

• Managed the change control process within my portfolio of materials and services.

• Participated in the annual risk analysis of the department's suppliers, materials, and services.

• Lead and executed the annual supplier evaluation.

• Managed and supervised all supplier quality documentation within my portfolio of materials and services.

Member of the Auxiliary Materials and Services Purchasing Team in the Central Procurement Department of B. Braun Spain.

• Managed the procurement phase of the purchase-to pay-process. Main activities included purchase order creation, follow-up, and delivery confirmation. Resolution of operational incidents such as delays and urgencies, price discrepancies, and/or quality issues with suppliers. Identified and presented opportunities to strategic procurement.

• Participated in indirect strategic procurement projects, based on the source-to-contract methodology. Actively collaborated with strategic procurement in tenders, capital expenditure projects, and contract renewals.

• Lead projects focused on continuous improvement, lean thinking, and shopfloor management, managing their creation, implementation, and follow-up.

• Participated in the digitization of the company’s procurement software (SAP ARIBA), supporting the department through end-user training, negotiation of digital catalogs, and user incident management.
