Maximize the financial performance of the shopping center by optimizing additional sources of revenue, such as specialty leasing. and through cost containment

Coordinate the retail community and the shopping center management.

Develop relations with local political and economic groups and associations to reinforce the scope and attractiveness of the shopping centers.

Works with lease team to ensure resolution of technical disputes with the tenant.

Oversee the process to obtain the licenses permit.

Works with Project Engineer to ensure resolution of technical disputes between the design team and the client.

Maintains a general understanding of the technical work scope and work processes.

Manages development of a procurement process/procedure appropriate to the project.

Implementation of sustainability ISO 14001, ISO 50001, BREEAM...

Develops and promotes energy conservation programs by monitoring utility costs and consumption.

Responsible for supervising the management of general services and optimizing the annual budget of the different shopping centers.

Responsible for the supervision of management and negotiation with suppliers.

Coordination of subcontractors in works of reforms and external maintenance.

Responsible for multi-year investment plans for the improvement of assets.

Follow up on different public buildings.

Responding to any queries regarding building maintenance and sourcing local contractors to fix issues.

Ensuring that buildings meet all legislation regarding health and safety.

Negotiating with local suppliers to get the best deals for maintenance.

Identifying opportunities to make energy savings.

Choice of suppliers and budget analysis;

Coordination of different subcontractors.

Review of projects and solution of execution problems.

Costs and quality controls, follow up deadlines.

Standardization of manufacturing processes in press lines.

Study and analysis of data and factors to achieve total efficiency in press lines (TPM).

Preparation and adaptation of the different planning documents.
