This is where I experienced my greatest professional growth, significant maturity work experience, having worked in various departments of the hotel.

• Chef and Barmar of the Poolbar: I work in the poolbar with another person helping me, cooking and serving drinks.
  With my boss's help, we do inventorys to ensure nothing runs out.
• Waiter of the principal bar: I take orders and I clear tables, i serve drinks in a bar with a capacity of between nine hundred and a thousand people.
• Barman of principal bar: serve drinks inside the bar, quickly, cleanly, and effectively

I learned to cook on a griddle for myself, ensuring fast and high-quality service.

I also learned about the maintenance and cleaning of the kitchen and the tools.

In this job, I learned what is the hospitality industry and how to work correctly in it.
