  • Accenture Service Fulfillment practice globally and in EALA, coordinating our go to market strategy, investment priorities, and capability development activities, while supporting critical sales & delivery programs in Tier 1 Communications Service Providers.
  • As part of my role, I drove some of our most successful operations worldwide. Successes included a Global Service Provider with presence in over 20 countries, where I led OSS strategy definition, including architecture and sourcing models, and transformed this practice for Central European Region with a business case over 100m€; or another case in its Spanish subsidiary, where we transformed their Service Fulfillment OSS ecosystem and operations, including the introduction of new network technologies and innovative services towards a customer centric player, and managed a merge with one of its competitors, with outcomes reflected immediately in NPS; transformation included business processes, field force transformation, customer channel evolution, and the introduction of a brand new set of business reporting capabilities enabling the right communication and transparency model. All in less than one year since the company decided to move forward in its strategy, which included challenges like territory sharing with some of the main competitors in the marketplace.
