- C-Level: Main responsible of Capex Department, Design and Construction since the acquisition of SELENTA HOTEL GROUP by BROOKFIELD. The company owns 7 hotels in Spain (Barcelona, Madrid, Marbella, Benalmadena, and Tenerife) 2 of them repositioned as MARRIOTT.
- Needed a senior professional at C level to lead and redefine the Capex Department, Design and Construction Management in order to attend the new goals transforming and repositioning all properties with an investment of €220M from 2022 to 2025.
- Completed and submitted monthly and yearly reports to support executive decision making.

Under my leadership the development of 3 paramount projects have been developed ready to start construction.

- Needed a senior professional to lead and redefine the Design and Construction Division, in order to attend the new goals transforming and repositioning several properties with an investment of €500M from 2019 to 2023. Under my leadership a transformation of €165M has been expended so far in several projects around Spain (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Madrid, Benidorm, Malaga) and Greece (Crete, Corcyra and Zakynthos).

- Company Overview: Hospitality Project Management and Development Division
- Project Management Director for PLAYA HOTELS & RESORTS. An American Company developing All-inclusive Luxury Resorts in Caribbean. Since the company went public in NY Wall Street Nasdaq in April 2017 they had the need of create their own Project Management Department, so I was hired in October 2017 as the Corporate Director for Project Management and Development with the aim of leading a new and ambitious expansion (Greenfield + Renovation) of US$600M in Mexico, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Aruba, Curaçao, etc.
- The company runs their own 19 properties with flags like HYATT ZIVA, HYATT ZILARA, HILTON, PANAMA JACK HOTELS, THE ROYAL, but also operate other properties like SANCTUARY CAP CANA, and finally own properties that other chains do operate like DREAMS from AM RESORTS.

- General Manager of URCOISA, company owned by PALLADIUM HOTEL GROUP, specialized in design, construction and project management with projects in six different countries from America and Europe. With headquarter located in Ibiza, I was responsible of coordinating, planning and executing all new developments or refurbishment and greenfield projects.
- Hired in June 2014 to lead the Project and Construction branch of the company in Ibiza and abroad, and dispose of a team more than 140 people all around the world.

Operational changes. Selection and pre-qualification of designers and consultants. Review, negotiation and approval of design budgets and contracts.
- Overseeing of design, permitting, agency coordination, and construction management of one real estate project encompassing more than 300 acres of land, 370 townhomes, condominium units, sports facilities, etc. Coordinating construction activities with stakeholders, department staff, department management, contractors, and professional design consultants. - Project managed a $480M mixed-use project in Fortaleza, Brazil. Development of the Master Plan of one real estate project encompassing 740 acres of land, more than 40 miles of infrastructures, 1,460 residential units, 4 boutique hotels (50-170 rooms), an 18-hole golf course, a marina with 172 berths, and a Village with commercial and recreational area.
