Set up of Ukrainian Field Program in Poland that included:

• Social Inclusion Program - Ukrainian refugees were able to find accommodation and jobs in Poland.
• Humanitarian convoys into Ukraine: three winter convoys from Poland to Ukraine with 10,000 packages and generators have been distributed.
• Belarus border setup - refugees crossing the border in unauthorized places received assistance.
• Destroyed homes in Ukraine - a revitalization program where needs assessment has been concluded in Ukraine (Bucha region) with 14 houses selected.

• Preparation and set up of emergency point, coordination of volunteers, cooperation with various NGOs, short term strategy preparation and implementation, logistics coordination, press interviews
