As a cabin supervisor, I lead and coordinate the cabin crew team, ensuring that all safety procedures and service standards are carried out in compliance with company regulations. I am responsible for conducting safety briefings, assigning crew duties, supervising onboard operations, and managing any incidents with efficiency and professionalism. I also act as the main link between the cabin crew and the flight deck, ensuring clear communication and resolving any issues that may impact safety or passenger experience. As a cabin crew member, my primary responsibility is to ensure the safety, well-being, and comfort of passengers throughout all phases of the flight. This includes performing pre-flight safety checks, delivering safety demonstrations, assisting passengers with individual needs, managing medical or emergency situations, and representing the airline with professionalism.
