Temp Chief Stew role preparing for charter season following a very heavy shipyard period. Very tight turnaround for the first owner trip of the year. Crossing to Sardinia to spend time training the second ready for the upcoming season.

Exceptionally busy back-to-back charter boat cruising the British Virgin Islands. Total crew of three, requiring lots of deck work including solo docking with Captain. Almost all charters included one or two large birthday / anniversary events onboard, hosting ten guests for full service and up to twenty for drinks. All events requiring bespoke decor.

Joined the vessel in Antigua to cover a busy Caribbean season with multiple boss trips and charters followed by preparation and provisioning for a three week Atlantic crossing during which I also shared watches (crew of six). Moved into med summer season of both boss trips and charters, forming strong relationships with the owner and crew.

End of season regatta prep for a race crew of eleven.

Looking after a crew of seven onboard a J class with a busy private cruising program and regatta program. Responsible for all interior duties; service, provisioning, uniform, laundry, housekeeping and assisting the Captain with accounts and other duties as required. Providing an excellent level of service and care for the owner and family / guests.

Preparing the interior of the yacht for the transition between boss-on and racing (37 race crew) Ordering all regatta uniforms and organising race bags. Further shipyard (STP) experience.

Working with a skeleton crew of six in Port De Mallorca.

Duties: (Interior) Set up and prepare for multiple viewings during a sale period. Maintaining all guest and crew interiors to a very high standard; Provisioning and restocking all interior and galley products; Inventory; General maintenance and repairs

Working alongside a crew of five during a busy shipyard warranty period in Port Adriano

Duties: (Interior) Transitioning interior from delivery mode, through shipyard period, ready for boss trip; Provisioning and restocking all interior products for guest and crew ready for Atlantic crossing; Working closely with contractors to ensure all interior repairs are complete and satisfy the standards of Captain; Inventory; Creating rotas for crew cleaning; General maintenance and upkeep of the interior

Duties: (Exterior) Weekly washdowns; Stainless polishing; Inventory and organising containers

Deck experience crossing France, Monaco, Barcelona

Live aboard role based in South of France, with a total crew of three. Due to the size of crew and vessel I was also heavily involved with the housekeeping and looking after two children aged 10 and 12. Med season, France, Corsica and Sardinia

Duties (exterior): washdowns; line handling; polishing exterior stainless steel; sanding and varnishing; anchoring; docking; tender maintenance; two-parting teak; exterior detailing; assisting Captain in general maintenance projects; bunkering; general maintenance and upkeep of the vessel

(Interior): laundry; housekeeping; service, supervising children at all times especially on deck

Managing all digital endeavours and the digital team for Paul McCartney, Linda McCartney, Meat Free Monday and Linda McCartney Foods

Developing digital and social media strategies across multiple channels for an array of projects and campaigns

Coordinating fan pre-sales with promoters and third party ticketing vendors ensuring all announcements and ticket sales are delivered cohesively across multiple time zones and different networks
