Project Manager with more than 28 years of experience in a wide spectrum of international engineering and construction Project. 15 years working at Fluor, progressing from discipline engineer to Project Manager. 10 years working in NalonChem as CAPEX Engineering & Sourcing Manager. One year working in FMC Rønland (Denmark) from Nov-22 working as an expat Project Manager. Currently I am working as Eisen Project Manager in the ArcelorMittal European Decarbonization Program. The expertise is built on work executed in Chemical Plants, Refining Units and Biopharmaceutical Plants, and includes grassroots developments, revamps and turnarounds. Experience also involves the development of project management, engineering activities throughout all project phases: feasibility studies, FEEDs, cost estimates, detail engineering, support to construction, construction, turnaround, commissioning, and start up; and under different contract types: Reimbursable, Lump Sum. Experience as client Project Manager at A-M Asturias site, working in the Revamp Project of the Ammonia Water Treatment Plant in 2019 (Best project of Spain in 2020). The FEED was done by PW (SMS Corporation) and the EPCm by Fluor.
