- Performing tests in different environments (web and mobile)
- Triage: classify problems as software errors, usability issues and user performance.
- Provide quality assurance of the tool
- Analysis of documentation and writing bug reports
- Ticket escalation to both teams (IT and design)
- Work to ensure the deadlines established in the process
- Install customized solutions and new features systems once approved.
