Main tasks carried out by the team:

• Help Desk duties, such as PC provisioning, configuration, software installation & licensing, etc.

• Local DC management, where the equipment resides, includes server racking, power supply, cooling, and SAI backups.

• Securing network, preventing attacks from outside by configuring FW ports to allow network to communicate with outside servers.
• Auditing - Proving to outside entities that the infrastructure is correctly configured, secured, and sized. ISO-27001 and ENS certified
• Vendor and contract management (working with vendors, negotiations, invoicing), budget definition, and follow-up reporting to the CIO.

• Managing a development team and coordinating mobile projects for all the Lefebvre Sarrut OpCos and brands with several apps available in the stores (App Store & Google Play).

(New Zealand), TRACFONE (USA), etc.
• RFI, RFP & RFQ analysis and assessment for MCP contracts with several
carriers in Spain and Europe.
• Mobile Value Added Services (MVAS) platform development and
maintenance, managing a distributed development team
with members in US, India and Spain.

• Java and J2ME consultant, developing first mobile apps in early 2000s,
for featured phones and other handheld devices.
• Collaborating with big players such as Telefónica Móviles, Amena, TPI,
Siemens, etc in prototyping mobile solutions both for business and
