TUCOPER is a personal project that has become a family project. It is a vacuum-packed food delivery service to both B2B and B2C. In this project, I am responsible for:

• Administration, monitoring, and control of internal operational processes.
• Preparation of reports and presentation of monthly and annual reports and accounts.
• Administration of department budgets, control of expenses, and use of resources.
• Organization, management, control, and evaluation of administrative and commercial processes.
• Efficient management of the company's administrative, production, and maintenance resources.
• Strict compliance with procedures and regulations applicable to the sector.

In Fazla, I completed my second mandatory internship and rotated through all the departments, performing tasks such as:

• Preparing reports on the work area.
• Managing tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Providing customer service to ensure quality service.
• Contributing to document generation and data analysis.
• Answering phones and routing calls according to instructions received.

• I did my first internship in MADCUP helping out in the marketing department dealing with customers via email and videocalls with presentations.
