I traveled through South America, deepening my knowledge in Anthropology. I met indigenous communities, participating in their rituals and studying their cultural and social practices.This journey strengthened my research and cross-cultural communication skills, providing me with an enriched perspective on cultural diversity and identity in South America.

• Payment management: Supervise and manage financial transactions on the advertising platform, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of payments made by advertisers.
• Communication with advertisers: Maintain effective communication with advertisers to resolve payment-related issues on the platform, ensuring a satisfactory experience and resolving any discrepancies quickly and efficiently.
• Optimization of fraud detection systems and data analysis: Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance fraud detection systems, implement machine learning algorithms, and optimize data analysis processes.

• Customer service: Provide friendly and efficient service, assisting customers and processing transactions.
• Inventory management: Supervise store inventory, maintaining stock control and collaborating in product replenishment.
• Achieving sales goals: Work as a team to achieve sales targets, offering exceptional service and promoting products.

• Project proposal development: Creation of detailed project proposals, ensuring compliance with requirements and alignment with organizational goals.
• Identification of funding opportunities: Research and tracking of funding opportunities, establishing relationships with potential donors.
