  • Leading two regions, Defined a successful go-to-market strategy for regions which granted signaling security deals with Millicom group (8 Opcos) and Telia Group (6 Opcos) new customers. Also secured a deal with Telefonica Hispam (3 year renewal and upgrade for Video optimization) Vonage (secure A2P international security messaging in Cloud) and Telefonica Global Solutions (Video optimization for VIVO) and one major Cybersecurity agency in Europe bringing 15M€ over a 5 years period.
  • Taken over LATAM region securing AT&T Mexico, Telcel, TIM Brasil and America Movil as customers in a multi-year agreement. Brought 4M US$ revenue up to date, steady flow of 1.5MUS$ recurrent.
  • Re-structured the sales channel and pre-sales regional team for Latam to build a stronger pipeline (triple it) and further reach (SouthAmerica and Brasil)

  • CS was in declining sales curve when hired, quickly assessed market, and managed to develop and implement a consistent sales strategy for Location Intelligence products in emergent market. Results assured a two digits consistent annual growth by bringing in six tier-1 new customers: Claro Colombia, Oi Brasil, Telefonica Ecuador and three (3) Law Enforcement Government Agencies. These deals amount over 11 MUS$ in multiyear contracts.
  • Keen eye into prospecting and selling with 23% of all deals concluded in last 4 years: from inception to deal close.
  • Establish and maintain a strong array of partners including Telefonica Tech, Mavenir, HPE and Everis (NTT Data).
  • Establish strong sales and operational processes involving engineering team, architecting high quality value proposals to customer that granted almost 100% first position on technical phase of tenders.

  • PV had tried to sell into Telefonica for 3 years before hiring me. In just 9 months managed to set up a full sales strategy involving VAS, IT, Network and Purchase, selling first project for 200KUS$. Less than 12 months later signed multi-year, multi-million contract to replace both fix and mobile Music service.
  • Received fast-track promotion to become also Vodafone Global Services Account Director driving a complex sales project involving 4 countries (UK - HQ, Germany, Spain and Portugal) and over 7 different OEMs (Huawei, Arcadyan, ZTE, LenovoEMC, Sagemcom and Cisco-NDS) Vodafone account grew from a few thousand devices with DLNA embedded software to over 3 million devices and over 4 million iOS and Android app subscribers, representing and steady revenue flow of 1.5 Million US$ per year.
