• Directed financial planning, budgeting, and cost control, achieving profitability and ensuring financial sustainability. Responsible for an annual budget up to 8,3 million EUR.
• Responsible for coordination and promote collaboration with consultant’ teams in several OCA Global offices: Chile, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, South Africa, Egypt, Morocco.
• Merger & Acquisition: support during the year 2021 to the due diligence process to acquire the firm “Instituto de la Calidad S.A.U” and later merged by absorption by OCA Global. Responsible for the integration process of the complete team, activities and clients to the Sustainable Economy business unit.
• Client Relationship Management: Established and maintained high-level relationships with key multilateral agencies and consortia partners, securing and negotiating service consultancy and technical assistance contracts.
• Increased client base by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating strong relationships with key decisionmakers.

Managing director at Euro-Funding group for one the firms specialized in multilateral-funded projects: overseeing company's overall operations, ensuring strategic goals are met, representing the company to stakeholders and clients, ensuring financial and operational efficiency, reporting directly to the CEO.

• Client Relationship Management: responsible for high-level relationships with key multilateral organizations and donors (EC, IDB, WB, UN, KfW) and consortium partners, securing and negotiating consultancy and technical assistance service contracts related to economic growth projects.

• Team Leadership & Development: Led and mentored a multidisciplinary team of 7 consultants (Spain and Mexico), ensuring the delivery of high-quality consultancy services and technical assistance.
• Business Development & Project Management: Identified new business opportunities, including conducting fact-finding missions, Managed consortia formation and negotiations, developed Requests to Participate (RtP) and Expressions of Interest (EoI), and coordinated the preparation of technical and financial proposals. Led contract negotiations and oversaw project implementation and management with clients, beneficiaries, and consortium members, including providing backstopping support as a project manager or director.
