Maintains the safe and efficient operation of engines, auxiliary and plant machinery, generators, motors, fuel oil system, including maintaining the Oily Water Separator, keeping the Oil Record Book updated and maintaining fresh water generator. Supervises bunkering and fuel oil transfer.

• Responsible for the operation, repair, and maintenance of 6 Jenbacher J620GS biogas engines with a total production capacity of 16.5 MW of electrical power. Client Plant: VAG S.L. Juneda (Lleida).
• Completed partial or full dismantling of equipment to quickly repair or replace defective components and restore functionality.
• Visually inspected and tested machinery and equipment, performing routine preventive maintenance.
• Documented maintenance activities and confirmed compliance with relevant regulations.

• Participated in engine room watches to learn watchkeeping requirements as directed by Training Engine Officer.
• Scheduled and conducted machine overhauls and servicing of marine engine, diesel alternator, freshwater generator, heating and ventilation systems and marine refrigeration systems.
