With more than 35 years of experience, I have worked in 7 companies implanted in the world. Among these companies CELONIS (currently) is the German unicorn for Process Intelligence and leader in this category, IBM is the first Technology company (13 years), Oracle is pointed as first business software company (10 years in it), Royal Life company, multinacional insurance with Headquarters in England (4 years), the first private television company in Spain, called Canal + (2 years) and the last, CENINSA as a Services company. Big experience to manage teams and with a lot of knowledge in Analytics Solutions. I have created a good working environment and achieved the results practically every year. For this reason, I have received 5 recognitions, specially the last one that was communicated in January of 2016 directly by Marta Martinez (General Manager in IBM for Spain, Portugal, Greece and Israel). Disciplinar team to grow the business. I have managed teams with strong capabilities in each one. I have worked with different roles as Sales, Tech Sales, Marketing and Services people. Another important aspect of my profile is the interaction with a lot of people in the IBM organization, specially with Client Reps and Services people. Also I manage other people from different countries (2 people in Portugal, 2 people in Greece and 6 people in Israel). Lot of experience in multinational companies (small and big), managing every task from the local and international management. Functions as business development, reporting, sales plan and sales tracking have been part of my activities. In terms of objectives, I closed on budget most of the year. Transactional revenue, SaaS revenue and Renewals for all products sold to the customers were included in this budget. Last year the amount was 26M + Renewals. Good interactions and relationships with CxO in big companies like CaixaBank, Santander, BBVA, Bankia, Bankinter, Redsys, KutxaBank, Ibercaja, Sabadell, Unicaja, AXA, Grupo Rural, Reale, Mutua Madrileña, Mapfre, Caser, Zurich, etc…Strategic approaches to sale solutions and projects Experience to assume new challenges or new business approaches. I am a creative Manager to improve the business company in the market, making relationships with all departments in the organization.
