Financial tasks, Marketing and Revenue strategies: Budget, Monthly Forecast, Human Resources, F&B and Hotel General cost control are part and been part of my Tasks. A very good point of mine is the organization, delegation of tasks to the Head of Departments and follow-up, not only on board but especially in collaboration with Land Operation and Nautical team in order to provide an unforgettable memory to our guests. In addition, in Viking I had the chance to be Harbor Hotel Manager during winter time organizing and managing not only the catering departments of almost 550 external companies’ guests and crew, as well extra Directors Projects and planning the closing and openings of the vessels, gesture of the equipment, furniture and all the important process which are relevant for the operation.
