Final responsibility for the management and profitability of Selectra’s Belgian division (100 FTEs) together with the other Co-Country Manager:

• Attract energy and telecom partners, conduct contract negotiations, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
• Develop overall strategy as well as manage various projects;
• Act as a point of contact for C-level executives and partners, alongside the other Co-Country Manager;
• Develop bonus systems for sales agents, supervisors, trainers, and quality managers and calculate their wages.

Final responsibility for the launch and development of Selectra’s Dutch division:

• Research legislation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
• Drive business development by engaging with potential partners;
• Conduct contract negotiations;
• Develop overall strategy.

Under the management of the Country Manager responsible for the management and profitability of Selectra’s Belgian division (100 FTEs).

• Attract energy and telecom partners, conduct contract negotiations, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
• Develop overall strategy as well as manage various projects;
• Serve as a point of contact for C-level executives and partners together with the Co-Country Manager;
• Develop reporting systems.

• Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing strategy, conducting interviews, headhunting, administration) for the Dutch-speaking branch in Spain.
• HR support for the Dutch-speaking team (confidential advisor, performance evaluations, internal recruitment, exit interviews).

• Together with the Facility Manager, responsible for the management of three sites with 100 FTEs;
• Management and rollout (including operations, reporting and legal) of various projects in Belgium and Canada (financial impact of over 1 million EUR);
• Development of reporting systems.

• Conduct research and publish legal articles in financial law.
• Various teaching responsibilities, including lecturing in several university courses, preparing exams, and grading.
