A lot of experience hiring internationally (in Europe, North America, South America, Asia and Africa). Experience working with IT, Marketing, Sales, Accounting, Design and other type of roles. Self driven, autonomous and proactive personality.
• Helping to hire the right technical people across IOV Labs in a variety of roles.
• Identifying, engaging and closing candidates from a variety of channels and understanding where to most effectively spend the time.
• Making sure the hiring processes are fit for the stage and needs of the business.
• Supporting recruiting community engagement attending events, managing online hackathons, improving our online content etc.
• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Source and recruit candidates by using recruiting tools,social media etc.
• Conduct interviews to screen candidates considering cultural fit, soft skills, tech skills, knowledge, experience and aptitudes.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
