I coach hockey from the ages of 7-18 in Sandford Primary School and Muckross Park College. I organise and plan every training session, ensuring I challenge the students and motivate them to want to get better and play for eachother.

I deal with parents and other school coaches when coaching matches, ensuring that I bring a professional and reposnible envrinoment.

I lead and motivate the students to work as a team and want to work for eachtoher.

• I conducted an in-depth equity analysis of Trane Technologies PLC, focusing on its financial performance, market position, and growth prospects within the industrials sector.
• I presented findings to the UCD Student Managed Fund and recommended the stock as a "Strong Buy" based on valuation metrics, including relative valuation, EBITDA, financial statements, P/E ratio and DCF analysis.
• I assessed potential risks, including supply chain challenges and market-specific headwinds, to deliver a balanced investment thesis

• I was one of 30 students in Quinn Business School first year who completed this 7 week leadership program.
• I collaborated in roundtable discussions and reflected on leadership principles and implemented improvements in real-life situations.
• I worked with fourth year and grad students to discuss how leadership skills can be improved in all rounds of life.

• I carried out a two week long work experience program with 5 other students in AXA XL, I sat in on multiple insurance broker meetings and attended presenations in which I got the privelage to learn about other clients.
• I presented a report at the end of the the two weeks infront of a room of 60 people about our findings over the past two weeks.
• My ability to talk infront of people defiently improved.
