During the last years I have led several key RP projects achieving the goals with high quality performance, contributing in this sense to prolong the plant operational life for an additional period of 10 years.

Additionally, in my current position I have contributed to reinforce the radiation protection criteria in the operational and design processes and licensee documents, and providing technical consulting to the operational area, maintenance and emergency areas.

Responsible for the calibration process monitoring, collaborating with other departments to obtain successful quality results.

Responsible to implement changes in the methodology of the off site dose assessment due to radioactive effluents releases.

I worked as Radiation Protection Site Manager in the external service at the European Commission JRC- Ispra (Italy) In the scope of the nuclear facilities decommissioning , managing a relevant international team, setting up an organization adapted to the needs of the EU, with a strong motivation to obtain good results. In this period, it was relevant the experience I got in solving problems using a positive and creative solutions. In this sense, one of my goal was to pull out the maximum potential of the people, obtaining a good work environment.

Working in the permanent engineering group on Cofrentes NPP site providing plant support, mainly in radiation protection field.
