• Scaled the matching engine from 15k to 100k+ TPS at microsecond-level latency (RTT p99.9 from 10+ ms to ~150 µs) with 99.95% uptime.
• Grew the engineering team from 3 to 25 and established the full delivery process from scratch (Gitflow, change management, analytics, documentation, QA and DevOps practices).
• Introduced automated testing — ~20k tests per merge request, executed in ~15 minutes.
• Delivered core trading features — margin trading, perpetual and cash-settled futures, order lists, advanced order types (iceberg, TP/SL), FIX 5.0, and L2/L3 multicast market-data feeds.
