Federico Dalle Molle

• Collaborated with a multidisciplinary research team from the Universities of Trieste, Milan, Verona, and Padua on the development and validation of the Italian Compassionate Leadership model for the Veneto Regional Health Service.
• Key responsibilities : reviewing scientific literature, assisted in the design, management, and administration of surveys and questionnaires. In addition, i offer direct support in completing the questionnaires for nurses and doctors, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the data collected.

• Key responsibilities:

- Supported the HR Manager in the international recruitment and selection of university students and recent graduates for internship placements across Spain.

- Screened CVs, evaluated candidate profiles, and managed the initial stages of the recruitment process, matching candidates with partner companies' requirements.

- Provided administrative and relocation support, assisting candidates with visa procedures, travel documentation, and the preparation of the required internship paperwork.

Participation in the Erasmus+ Programme at ISCSP – Universidade de Lisboa, developing knowledge in international politics, public administration, labour law, and human resources. Studied in a multicultural academic environment while strengthening intercultural communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills.
