- When product size changes, develop a clear action plan for each task, assign responsible persons, and set precise completion timelines.
- After production shift completion, collect reports and conduct a loss analysis meeting with the operations team to review unplanned stoppages, wasted time, and scrap, and create a clear Action Plan with responsibilities and daily targets.
- Organize all analyses and plans in shared Drive folders to ensure easy access and team transparency.
- Hold a weekly meeting with the line leadership team to discuss major issues, downtime causes, and long-duration losses, assigning owners and deadlines for corrective actions.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting to permanently solve technical and operational issues.
- Maintain all equipment in standard condition and excellent performance.
- Assign a dedicated equipment owner for each machine to sustain standard performance and accountability.
- Ensure accurate and efficient usage of the SAP system for maintenance, spare parts, and cost tracking.
- Implement ECO improvement initiatives to eliminate recurring issues and reduce production losses.
- Participate and lead in major factory projects, including travel assignments, and contribute to successful implementation.
- Provide continuous support to all production lines throughout the day (and even late hours), acting as part of one united team.
- In case of breakdowns, perform deep analysis to identify the root cause and link it to a systemized process to prevent recurrence.
