Working with Baosteel (International partner) in IDOM design office to conduct Front End Engineering Design (FEED) for steel plate project based on Design Basis Scoping Paper (DBSP) that was completed during business case development phase . During this assignment , I am leading the following tasks:

• Sustainability Study
• Energy Optimization & Conservation Study
• Environmental Protection Study
• Technology Evaluation

Worked with a joint team from Saudi Aramco / Sabic (Hadeed)/PIFto evaluate the feasibility of constructing integrated steel plate complex in Saudi Arabia. Moreover, engaged with several potential technical partners that has experince in steel making to be the international champion in the project .This initiative is one of eight initiatives that Saudi Aramco is currently pursed. Below are the major activities that I am currently handling:

• Engagement with the national steel champion Sabic (Hadeed) to enhance the project feasibility.
• Engagement with the selected international steel champion Baosteel to verify the project feasibility.
• Engagement with all the government entities to secure all the required enablers for the project.

Led MSSD operation excellence team which was responsible to prepare Mechanical Services Shop Department (MSSD) for King Abdul-Aziz Quality Award (KAQA). During this assignment , I was exposed to quality management systems and I became a certified internal assessor.

Worked with MSSD as a maintenance engineer where I was responsible for creating scopes of work, cost estimate for the required projects and investigating equipment failures to diagnose faulty operation & made appropriate maintenance recommendations

Worked with KFP as an operation engineer where I was responsible for maintaining the safe operation of the plant , performing on-site field surveys to write the required technical narratives and enhancing the plant efficiency by applying engineering optimization methods

Worked with NATSD as energy & reliability engineer where I was responsible for conducting a comprehensive studies to increase the overall efficiency of NAOO plants.
