As a founder of GoPlany, a SaaS company focused on project budget management for film, stills, and content productions, I spearheaded an ambitious venture that led to substantial personal and professional growth. While the company faced challenges, the experience taught me invaluable lessons in entrepreneurship, digital marketing, and software development.

During my time with GoPlany, I had the opportunity to participate in Stockholm City's Scale-up program, which provided essential guidance and resources for scaling our business. In the program, I worked closely with mentors and coaches who helped me refine our sales and growth strategies. I learned to identify 'low-hanging fruits' and develop effective lead generation strategies to meet the needs of our target clients.

The program assigned us a business coach and a leadership coach, both of whom played a crucial role in honing our approach to business development and leadership. Their insights and guidance were instrumental in shaping the direction of GoPlany.

I honed my skills in digital marketing, digital sales, and CRM, utilizing tools like HubSpot and online advertising platforms to attract and engage potential clients. I also became proficient in website creation and content management systems (CMS) using Webflow, allowing me to maintain GoPlany's online presence.

I leveraged various software tools such as Canva, Miro, Trello, Loom, Typeform, and Stripe to optimize our operational processes and enhance customer experience.

Despite the challenges faced, this experience empowered me with a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of entrepreneurship and digital business operations. It has prepared me to adapt and excel in various roles and industries, particularly in project management and technology-driven initiatives.

I work as a freelance film producer in various projects in film production and related producer services through my own company. This includes tasks involving budgets, profitability, and project workflows.

I offered production services for both films and still images. Notably, I've developed a budget template for various advertising film production companies in Stockholm. Prominent companies like Bacon, FLX, B-reel, Standard, Acne, and Social Club have all adopted and actively use this budget template. I was responsible for the art department's budgeting and ongoing monitoring during the filming of 'The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo' in Stockholm. This included continuous reporting to Sony's controller regarding the budget and performance of the art department.

I also had the crucial role of ensuring copyright control for all set design elements in the film, including paintings, newspapers, TV logos, graphics, and more. I maintained constant communication with Sony in Los Angeles to ensure the copyright compliance of the film's set design content.
